Purchased items can be exchanged at Official SUIKA stores within 15 days from date of purchase.

Customers are required to show and surrender original receipt to confirm exchanges.

Items can be exchange provided that they are in original condition

The value of the exchanged item must be equal to the original item. If the value of the exchanged item is greater than then original item; customers will be required to pay the difference in value of the item.

Socks , underwear, travel accessories, and promotional items cannot be exchanged.

SUIKA reserves the right to make a final decision of exchanges. SUIKA reserves the right to change the policy at any time.
